Just in case someone hasn’t told you this today, I am freaking proud of you. *Says it louder for the people in the back* I’m so proud of you for not giving up, for moving forward in life even though you’re tired. I’m proud of you for keeping your head above water, even if it’s barely. I’m proud of you.
You are doing such a great job. You’re living, my dear friend. And as weird as that might sound to you, this is what life is all about. Listen, nothing in life is perfect. There is no magic spell that can make every problem go away. Life is about overcoming these struggles and problems and because of that, becoming a better and stronger person. You gotta fight for it and you are a fighter, remember? Better yet, you are a motha effin’ Champion!
It’s all part of growing up, baby. And I get it. You’re probably thinking: ”What if I don’t want to grow up?” Well, then you’ll be stuck at the same spot for the rest of your life and we both know that that’s not an option. You got way too many talents and ambitions to do yourself dirty like that.

The struggle you’re in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow.
Keep in mind, that everything is temporary. Nothing lasts forever. So, the shit you’re dealing with right now, won’t last forever, my dear friend. It will all be over so soon. Good things and better times are coming. Even if that’s hard to believe right now, I know that you will get through this and you will become the person you are deep inside and you will have the life you’ve always wanted.
Cry if you need to. It doesn’t make you weak, it’s a sign of strength. Remind yourself every single day that you will come out of this stronger and watch your life change in a positive way. Love yourself every single day. Do not harm yourself by physical or mental actions. Be kind to yourself and honey, give yourself a break from time to time. It’s not a bad thing to give zero fucks on some days. I’m not saying you should go crazy and behave impulsively, I’m saying that, we all have days where we don’t feel great and just want to binge-watch Prison Break in our onesies while eating ice cream, chips and tacos, complaining why we’re not losing weight. And if that’s all you want to care about at that day, then that’s alright. Embrace those days and come back stronger, more focused and determined to fight for your life the day after that.
Make sure that you pay enough attention to your mental health as well as your physical health. Give yourself time to process everything you’re through. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Smile, even if you don’t feel like it and stay kind. You are the strongest champion I know and I’m so proud of you!
